オンラインショップ国際郵便(EMS) 一時停止のお知らせ

この度、日本郵便にて新型コロナウィルス感染拡大の影響により各国・地域において、国際郵便物の受入停止等の措置が取られていることおよび日本との間で発着する航空機が大幅に減便・運休となり、輸送ルートが途絶えていることから一部、国際郵便物の引き受けを一時停止するとの決定がございました。

 

それに伴い、弊社でも海外発送の受付をしばらくの間、停止させていただきます。発送再開の目途が立ちましたら改めてお知らせいたします。

お客様には大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解のほどお願い申し上げます。

【 Notice of suspension of underwriting of international mail (EMS) 】

The novel coronavirus pandemic has caused many countries/territories to take measures such as stopping acceptance of inbound postal items as well as considerable suspension and reduction of flights from/to Japan. Accordingly, our transportation performance has significantly declined.Therefore,acceptance of international mail items, mainly EMS and parcel-post/letter-post items by air and SAL, will be temporarily suspended from April 2.

 

Along with that, we will stop accepting overseas shipments for a while. We’ll let you know when we can resume shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we appreciate your understanding.
